God is In control!!

24 Feb

I know I have been M-I-A lately but didn’t want to overwhelm you all with my happiness. I just love the Lord! That’s all I want to write about all the time! Today I thought, girl just write it. So, here I am, writing to share how much I love the Lord.  I am so enamored with God. I get excited every time God reveals his truth to me. My disclaimer….I am no certified or ordained Teacher of the Word but I want to share with you as I share with my Facebook followers. Today I became tickled pink and oh so happy with Matthew 13:24-30. This my friends is the Parable of the Wheat and the Weeds. My favorite part about this parable is Verses 29 and 30. For in these two verses, the farmer replied to question the workers. They asked the farmer if they should pull up/out the weeds. Now here is where it gets exciting……The farmer answered No, you will uproot the wheat if you do. Let them grow together until the harvest. Then I will tell the harvesters to sort out the weeds, tie them into bundles, and burn them, and to put the wheat in the barn!!!!!!!!!! Hallelujah!!!!!

I have sooo much joy! Why you ask? Because God’s people are the wheat and those that try to rise against GOD are the weeds. God always win!

Thanks Sakira, I am fascinated by the wheat and the tares parable in Matthew 13 too. I wish more people would take note of that parable. Our heavenly father is the righteous judge. Our job is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and leave judgement to Him. The farmer represent God in that parable.

So what'd you think?
